  • Bachelor of Musical Theatre

I'm a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music's Bachelor of Musical Theatre Program, and I have a passion for Singing, Musical Theatre, Acting and Piano teaching. I am currently teaching privately out of my home in Oxley, and at CAPA in Wishart.

Above all else I strive to form a supportive and productive relationship with my students, to help them thrive and love what they are studying, whether their aspirations are a professional career, skill development or simply for their own enjoyment. I strongly believe that a fun, tailored and safe environment is the only one in which successful learning can take place. I pride myself on adapting my teaching to the student in the room with me- not by applying a one size fits all approach. In addition to helping my students become more confident and technically proficient, I have experience in preparing students for both Trinity and AMEB exams to a very high standard. I have coached my students to professional roles in the national tours of The Sound of Music, the lead role of Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Les Miserables, as well as various roles in screen. I have also successfully coached students to acceptance to full-time and tertiary courses in Musical Theatre and Acting, including the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) at NIDA.

My professional performance experience includes playing Jan in the national tour of Grease: The Arena Experience and originating the role of Rex Connor in the Australian premiere of The Dismissal in Sydney for Sydney Theatre Company. I have appeared on screen in US productions for NBC and Universal/Matchbox Pictures in guest roles, and I am currently playing Judy McGill in God's Favourite Idiot on Netflix.

For weekly lessons booked in groups of 5, I charge $29 for 20 minutes, $39 for 30 minutes, $59.50 for 45 minutes, $79.50 for 1 hour.

For casual lessons I charge $32 for 20 minutes, $42 for 30 minutes, $62.50 for 45 minutes and $82.50 for 1 hour.

Hoping to hear from you soon!
