Gloria Wong

Gloria Wong is a classically trained pianist. She has been teaching private piano lessons for over 20 years piano teaching experience. She enjoys her teaching and constantly improves her teaching methods to suit different kind of students. Students under her teaching received a well-rounded music education, studying impressive repertoire from all eras of classical music and emphasizing fundamentals such as the development of technical proficiency, sight reading skills, and the study of music theory.

Her education and professional backgrounds are as follows:
 Bachelor of Education (specialized in music education)
 Master of Arts in Music in piano pedagogy
 Grade 8 of Pianoforte by AMEB, Grade 8 of Pianoforte, Singing, Harp and Theory by ABRSM
 Pianoforte Performer’s Diploma (ATCL and LTCL) by Trinity College of London
 Pianoforte Performer’s Diploma (DipLCM and LLCM) by London College of Music and Media
 Grade 10 of Pianoforte by Shanghai Conservatory of Music
 Member of Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong Ltd.

Apart from her piano teaching, Gloria has devoted herself to teach classroom music in a primary school over 20 years. She is a professional choral conductor and piano accompaniment.

She helps her students to prepare the exam for ABRSM and AMEB. She also teaches her students to play piano for leisure. She teaches piano from beginner to advanced level with different age of students.
