Drum Kit Lessons and Tutoring

Hi, my name is Grace!

I am excited to share my love and passion for music with others, through a fun-filled, encouraging and safe learning environment.

I am a current undergraduate student of the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, with over ten years experience playing both drums and percussion. I have completed all AMEB Drum Kit Performance exams, as well as holding an Associate Diploma in Drum Kit Recital, through Trinity College London (ATCL). I am also currently gigging in the industry at venues such as Queen Street Mall, Eat Street Northshore and Riverstage.

With previous teaching and tutoring experience, I look forward to teaching students what excites them, as well as preparing them for AMEB (or equivalent) exams, if desired.

I can accomodate experience levels from beginners (never played before), to intermediate. All ages are welcome! I hold a Blue Card.

I teach out of my air-conditioned home studio on the Southside, and am willing to travel for lessons depending on your location. I’m also more than happy to accomodate Skype lessons.

Whether you have never held a pair of drum sticks before, or looking to go further in your drumming, I look forward to meeting you and having fun through playing and learning music, helping you develop further on your musical journey!
