Harrison Merrifield

Hi there! My name is Harrison.

I have completed a Bachelor of Music (Performance) degree studying classical trumpet at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music and a Master of Teaching (Secondary) degree at the University of Melbourne. I am a Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registered teacher, currently working across 2 schools.

I have worked in multiple schools across Victoria and taught privately for several years, teaching trumpet/cornet, F horn, tenor horn, euphonium, trombone and tuba to students from Grades P-12.

Lessons can be provided at your home, with travel fees applying for large distances (dependent on individual cases).

I have teaching experience with beginner through to advanced students, teaching a range of genres that you, or your child, may be passionate about. Together we will explore the instrument through fun and engaging repertoire that drives you to continually develop your abilities as a developing or advancing musician.
