Harvey Yates

[Trombone and all brass]

With more than 15 years experience on formal and informal stages on the trombone, Harvey has been steadily taking all in, with a plethora of experience beginning in the traditional settings of jazz and classical music, travelling all the way to more casual environments such as salsa, reggae and funk.

Away from the stage, Harvey is currently broadening horizons into Music Pedagogy, following a journey to bring music to classrooms of NSW schools.
