Violin Lessons with Helen

I am a graduate of classical performance on violin from the Elder Conservatorium of Adelaide. I highly value musical education and look to provide an all-round musical learning experience encompassing aural, theory, technical and performance elements in an enjoyable, encouraging environment. I encourage/facilitate both individual and group playing with other students as both are vital to an individual's overall performance abilities. Lessons may focus on either formal examinations/goal-oriented learning or recreational playing depending on the student's needs. A wide range of musical styles will be explored in order to develop the student's musical understanding and knowledge. I teach primarily violin, but am now branching out to beginner piano and recorder lessons.
