I have been teaching piano for over 16 years in Europe, Australia, South Africa and the USA. As a student in Paris, I also worked as accompanist for the ´Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, A. Cortot. After I completed by studies in France, I spent a year in Padua, Italy, studying piano & piano teaching methodology with Franco Angeleri at the Masiero e Centanin Music Foundation, followed by a month in the USA participating in Masterclasses at the Juilliard School of Music in New York.I taught piano at the Wesley Music Foundation between 2007-2012 before moving to New York in 2012. During my time in New York I worked as Piano & French teacher. I prepared students for the Juilliard School of Music Summer School Program, the NYSSMA, New York State Music Festival as well as the Princeton University Piano Competition. I also worked as accompanist for broadway & opera auditions, recitals and exams. I became a Steinway Certified Educational Partner in 2014, awarded by Steinway & Sons New York. I returned to Canberra mid 2015 and I am currently teaching piano at the Wesley Music Foundation, at my home studio as well as Aural and Music Theory at ANU College. I also teach French once a week at a Primary School. I have a Master of Arts in European Languages and can teach piano in English, French, Italian, German, Dutch or Spanish or help singers with diction & pronunciation. I can prepare students for the AMEB, ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall Piano and Theory exams as well as Eisteddfods and concerts.
