Hi there!
My name is Hosanna, and I am a piano teacher! I am currently a student at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, completing a Bachelor of Music (Composition in Creative Industries). I have been playing the piano for 13 years, and in that time I have completed Australian Music Examination Board (AMEB) Grades 1-8 and am currently working towards my Performance Certificate (C-Mus). When in Year 12, I completed the HSC Music 2 and Music Extension courses and achieved the highest band in both subjects. I have performed in many music showcases, and arranged numerous musical items throughout my school life, which fuelled my love for music and the piano.

I am extremely passionate about music and am furthering my music education by studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (University of Sydney).

I love to share my passion for music through teaching, which I have been doing for 4 years, and plan to continue for many more. I teach piano basics (introductory lessons) and piano grades. I also teach skills such as sight reading, aural skills, scales, and performance, all of which are tested by the AMEB. As a teacher, I have completed Professional Development as part of the Rote, Reading and Piano Technique Workshop by Samantha Coates.

I teach private lessons at my home in Beverly Hills (Sydney, NSW, Australia). Parents are welcome to stay during the lesson. Scroll down to see more information about my piano lessons.

Music is an immensely prominent aspect in my life. Playing and studying music has allowed me to experience music on a personal, emotional and intellectual level. I encourage all people to listen to as much music as they can, and to also learn to play an instrument in particular, the piano.
