Irene Lin

Irene is an enthusiastic cellist and chamber lover. After completing her Bachelor of Music Performance at Central Conservatory of Music In Beijing (China), she moved to Australia and gained her Master of Music at Monash studying with Nelson Cooke.
As a passionate cellist and teacher with over 20 years professional experience, Irene believes that fundamental of strong technique is a key to develop students into versatile players. Her students have achieved excellent results in AMEB exams, VCE Music Performance, competitions and private school music scholarship auditions.
Irene welcome students from all ages, and offering lessons from beginners to diploma levels, catering AMEB, ABRSM, VCE and Private School Scholarship or for their own pleasure.
