Cello Lessons

Hi, I’m James! I’ve been playing the cello for 9 years and am offering lessons for beginner to intermediate cellists.

I have completed my AMEB Grade 8 and have performed with the Tasmanian Youth Orchestra. Over the past 9 years, I’ve trained extensively in a wide range of ensembles and performance settings, including symphony orchestras, string ensembles, piano trios, string quartets, solo performances with orchestral accompaniment, and more.

Lessons can be held at my home, or I can travel to you. Students are encouraged to have their own instrument, but I do have spare cellos available if needed.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your skills, I’d love to help. Feel free to message me if you’re interested!
