Flute/Fife/Recorder Lessons

I am a professional freelance performer and educator with 30 years of teaching experience. I teach flute, recorder and fife (similar in price to the recorder; this is a beginner flute which is excellent for very young students) from my studio in South Hobart. My students range greatly in age, ability and musical tastes. I am happy to assist every student obtain their personal musical goals, including preparation for AMEB music exams.
I regularly perform as a soloist with various ensembles and bands and I have plenty of experience in the styles of Classical, Jazz and traditional Irish/folk music performance. I love to teach people who enjoy music; be it a serious endeavour or an enjoyable pastime.
