Jerica Lau

Jerica graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium in 2020 and majors in Classical Piano Performance. She has teaching experience of 7 years, especially to young children. She offers Piano lessons and Music Theory lessons for Beginner to Intermediate levels.

She believes that everyone deserves to have proper music education that involves all aspects such as musicality, technique, and creativity.

Jerica aims to teach her students proper and healthy techniques, so that students can the piano expressively and without unnecessary tension. Theoretical and aural foundations are also to be explored so that students can have a strong awareness of rhythm, pitch, and general knowledge.

Jerica prepares her students for AMEB exams from beginner level to Amus. She also holds annual concerts for her students as she wishes to give her students as many musical exposure and performance opportunities to build confidence and music appreciation.
