Piano Lessons - Online School

I am a current, female Pre-Service Teacher based in Perth WA. I have a Bachelor of music, Grade 8 Piano, and 8 years of teaching experience. I am currently studying my Master of Teaching at ECU - Specialising in Music Education and Instrumental Music Education.

I have created an online course aimed at students in regional areas. I want to make music education accessible to all children across the country and so I have developed a fun way to learn from your home. This is in line with current best practice in the instrumental music education space and runs through an online learning system. I take into consideration AMEB requirements for the future as well as the curriculum requirements from the Australian Government.

You would need an instrument in your home and a device with an internet connection. The course includes consistent, low pressure tests and assignments for students to complete - I am the person who grades them. Once they complete the 3 year course, there will be an option for you to take live online lessons with me where I can guide students toward completion of AMEB exams. These can be completed via online submissions with the Australian Music Examinations Board.

During the first 3 years, parental assistance and routine structure may or may not be necessary.
