I am very passionate about teaching guitar. I make my lessons fun and enjoyable for my students which I hope will motivate them to practice and love playing guitar.
Every student is different My aim isn’t for you to copy my guitar style, but instead to help you develop your own guitar style and to teach you to play the songs you love.
I am highly competent with music theory and am experienced in a wide variety of genres from folk, blues, hard Rock, punk rock, metal, pop, classical and jazz guitar.

‘Guitar lessons make my fingers hurt, but they’re always fun and I like Joey’s sense of humour’
‘I have found Josel to be very friendly, flexible & reliable. His easy-going nature always helps me relax & enjoy my lessons. I feel I have learnt more with Josel than with my past teachers and would highly recommend his skills and ability to anyone considering starting guitar lessons. Our lessons are always professional while being laid back and fun’
‘Josel is very patient, straight to the point and very easy to get along with. I have already learnt 12 chords and I’m currently learning my second song from only half a term of lessons I recommend Josel to anyone who is a beginner or intermediate.’
