I'm a young, energetic, and enthusiastic working musician with a serious love for all types of music, and plenty of experience. I come from a family of musicians and I've played bass with my church for many years.
I have a Bachelor of Music Performance from Monash University and am finishing my Honours from VCA (Melbourne Uni), both in the Jazz and Improvisation stream. I've been teaching all ages for 8 years, with experience in AMEB, ANZCA, VCE performance, and University audition preparation.
I also play gigs and functions around Melbourne regularly, having done so for many years now, as well as interstate and internationally. This experience is something that can easily be tapped for any prospective professional musicians.
I will try to create a fun and encouraging atmosphere while continuing to push you and help you grow as a musician. I can provide lessons for those wanting to learn bass seriously, but I can also just do casual lessons for the working person that just wants build up some musicianship on the side.
