Music Theory Lessons

Tuition in Western European music theory of all levels. I can align studies with an AMEB syllabus, compliment an existing education, or simply begin studying theory from the ground up.

Aural training, sight-singing, analysis and basic principles of Western European art music theory can be explored according to the student's wishes.

As well as a high level of competency in theory from the renaissance to the romantic, I am a university lecturer in modernist & experimental composition techniques and am happy to invite more curious students into exploring these unique methods as well. This is not just for advanced students - folks interested in this music should be able to learn about it from the very beginning.
