Hi, I’m Julian! With over 20 years of experience as a musician and teacher, I’m passionate about sharing the joy of music with students of all ages and skill levels. While saxophone is my specialty, I also teach clarinet, flute, guitar, bass, and piano—so whatever your musical goals, I’m here to help you reach them!

My lessons are tailored to suit each student, whether you’re preparing for AMEB or VCE exams, working on your technique, or just playing for fun. I draw on my First Class Honours degree in Jazz Saxophone Performance and my experience touring internationally to make learning music practical, engaging, and enjoyable.

I believe music should be inspiring and accessible for everyone. My teaching style is supportive and flexible, helping students feel confident as they explore new skills and discover their unique sound.
