Julie Witney

I am an experienced guitarist, mandolinist, ukulele and double bass player and singer with years playing solo and in bands. My skills are best in acoustic and jazz styles but I enjoy teaching beginners as well as intermediate level players. I am happy to teach in the direction students wish to go, whether they wish to attain a high level of skill or to play more for fun. I can cover teaching music notation, sight reading, chord charts and tablature, developing repertoire and performance skills. I have equipment to enhance teaching rock and blues styles as well. I also can offer online lessons via Skype.
