Guitar Lessons

My name is Kaelin, I’m a guitarist with 15 years musical experience across half a dozen different instruments. I play a variety of genres including Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Folk, Rock and perform regularly across Brisbane. I am an experienced composer, song writer and recording artist and have worked on video game soundtracks and produced several albums. With a working knowledge of numerous instruments, I provide students with a musical education which extends beyond guitar and prepares them for a future in music.

I teach students:

• Finger-style, picking and strumming
• Chord patterns
• Song writing and composition
• Improvisation
• Jam etiquette
• How to read music, tab and chord charts
• To play by ear and without sheet-music
• A practical understanding of music theory

$35 for 1/2hr
$55 for 1hr
