I offer specialised, private lessons from beginner to advanced. I prefer unperson, one on one lessons but also offer zoom lessons on request.
I am experienced in preparing students for AMEB exams, eistedfodds, auditions and recitals at all levels.
I am a clarinettist in the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and have been performing and teaching in Brisbane for over 30 years. I teach Clarinet at the University of Queensland School of Music, a position I have held since 2014, and have provided musical services to the QYO , Young Conservatorium, MOST, and various other organisations in Brisbane.
I am a Yamaha Artist and also appear on the Yamaha website and Online Virtuoso with several online videos on how to play the clarinet , improve your technique and how to develop foundational skills.
I have taught extensively throughout the private secondary school sector and privately in Brisbane and throughout QLD during the course of my career. I have a current blue card.
