Kerrie Yu

I am a dedicated violinist with a passion for music and teaching. I began my violin journey at the age of five and was awarded my AMEB Associate in Music (AMusA) in 2022. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Music (Music Education) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, majoring in violin performance under the instruction of Associate Professor Ole Bohn.

I am an all-rounded musician and actively involved in orchestras, regularly performing and touring with the Sydney Youth Orchestra and Sydney Concert Orchestra.

With over 2 years of teaching experience, I prioritise maintaining an excellent rapport with my students. As a teacher, I am patient and encouraging, tailoring my lessons to accommodate various skill levels and learning styles. This fosters a nurturing and engaging learning environment for my students.
