As a piano teacher, Kerry has professional experience in working with children. Specifically, she is experienced in preparing students for examinations and competitions. She enjoys helping her students progress to advanced levels.

Commencing piano at the age of seven years old, Kerry won her first prize in the Quanzhou Youth Competition in China when she was ten years old. Between 2015 and 2019, Kerry studied her Bachelor of Music degree in Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music at Monash and Melbourne Conservatorium of Music.

Kerry also was trained with the Alexander technique and Suzuki method. In 2017-2023, Kerry has successfully held student concerts at Methodist Ladies’s College and Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS).

Kerry is a passionate teacher for students at all levels with many students studying in Caulfield Grammar School, Presbyterian Ladies' College, Methodist Ladies' College and Carey Baptist Grammar School, etc.

Kerry has demonstrated a remarkable track record of guiding her students towards successful completion of music exams administered by reputable organizations such as the Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB), Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), and Trinity College London. Her students have achieved commendable scores in these assessments. Additionally, Kerry has been instrumental in mentoring her students to win awards in local music Eisteddfodds and other competitions.
