Kingsgrove Music provides a complete music service. Private lessons are available on piano, acoustic, electric and bass guitar, violin, flute, clarinet, saxophone, drums and voice. Supporting the private lessons are the music ensemble groups which provide individual musicians with the opportunity to further develop their skills in a group context. There are significant musical advantages in participating in ensembles as well as the acquisition of valuable life skills (e.g. working cooperatively, following instructions, leadership, self-confidence, enhanced focus and concentration, goal setting and communication skills).
The ukulele and fife are excellent first instruments that can be taught in small groups. Students who learn the fife and easily transition to flute when they are physically ready. The ukulele is a lot of fun to play in a group and prepares young students who wish to progress to playing the guitar.
The studio is air conditioned with on-site parking and a music shop. The emphasis is on quality teaching whilst making the learning of music fun.
