Many students develop specific interests over time and pleasantly discover that their musical foundation allows them to enjoy exploring their own preferred music genres on the piano, eg. classical, modern pop, jazz or film etc.

In our lessons a deep knowledge of music, solid note reading and strong efficient technique are some of the key areas emphasised. Music theory is incorporated as a part of an all round learning with the goal of setting a good foundation.

Students are guided to achieve high results when obtaining their prerequisites needed to complete their AMEB grades both in piano and theory.
