Lana Burford

Aiming to help students build confidence in a fun and friendly environment, I offer vocal lessons across all ages and experience levels.

With a focus on vocal health and fundamental vocal techniques, I help build up repertoire in the style of each students’ personal interest. I aim to provide each student with the technical ability to comfortably express their musical ideas.

Areas of expertise include:

• Building confidence in a friendly environment
• Developing music theory and aural skills (harmony, pitch, rhythm, scales and sight-reading)
• Performance skills
• Exam/audition prep
• Beginner piano and theory lessons
• Lessons are adjusted to suit the student's interests, but my specialty is in contemporary music (R&B, soul, jazz, folk, pop)
