Professional and educated drummer, American trained with over 35 years playing and teaching experience (including University of Alaska, Fairbanks).

Most musical styles covered including jazz (combo to big band), rock, orchestral, latin, funk, disco, drum corp, grooves/loops, electronic drumming and percussion.

Learn to read music, master syncopation, improvise and have a great time working within the world of drumming. Music theory and composition are also covered plus a special emphasis on drumming technique.

Rock School curriculum (all grades) is a provided option.

Can suggest various lesson/work books depending on the student level or happy to work from your current book(s).

Lessons take place at my comfortable home studio in Casey.

Fantastic with young children and students of all ages, from 8 to 100. Whether you're completely new to drumming or an advanced musician interested in some fine tuning, I would love to assist. It is essential, however, to have your own kit or the ability to access a kit for practice purposes.
