Pro drum teacher on the north side. Professional, educated, American trained with over 35 years playing and teaching experience (including University of Alaska, Fairbanks and University Of Puget Sound, Tacoma/Seattle).
Most musical styles covered including rock, pop, jazz (combo to big band), latin, funk, disco, drum corp. (rudiments), grooves/loops, electronic drumming and percussion.
Learn to read music, master syncopation, improvise and have a great time working within the world of drumming. Music theory and composition are also covered plus a special emphasis on technique.
Rock School curriculum (all grades) is a provided option.
Lessons take place at my comfortable home studio in Casey.
Fantastic with young children and students of all ages, from 8 to 100 and all levels. Please have your own kit or the ability to access a kit for practice purposes.
