Bringing passion and inspiration to every performance, Lani's ability to evoke emotion within an audience is only matched by her breathtaking vocal range. From an early age, Lani discovered her love for singing and has spent her life in pursuit of her musical dreams, including educating others and sharing the gift of music.

Lani offers lessons to all ages and varying levels through a structured program of learning designed to guide and support her clients. Well-acquainted with all contemporary commercial music styles, Lani offers expertise in jazz, pop and musical theatre repertoire. Her teaching style is inspired by a holistic philosophy, understanding that everyone and every voice is different. Lani will help her students to develop their vocal skills and confidence with a specific focus on developing their love and enjoyment of singing and music!

Lani graduated from the Australian National University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Music. While at the ANU, she received the Christel Larko Music Scholarship for her outstanding musical ability and accomplishments as a vocalist. In 2017, Lani won the Erika Haas Prize and Bill Hyslop Prize for highest aggregate marks for her course at the ANU School of Music. During this time, Lani taught at several different music schools giving her the privilege of working with different people of all ages and backgrounds. Lani also regularly performed throughout the region with invitations to perform at Government House and the Italian, Austrian and Danish Ambassador's Residences.

Lani released her debut EP 'Fallen From Grace' in February 2018 and has since toured the East Coast. The album was featured in the Newcastle Herald (Lani's hometown) and was Editor’s Choice in BMA magazine. In the latter part of 2018, Lani spent a semester abroad at Indiana University. While in the US, Lani was under the guidance of renowned jazz musicians including Walter Smith III, Dr Kenneth Brian Edmonds (aka Babyface) and Sachal Vasandani and performed with the IU Soul Revue and Latin Jazz Ensemble."

Currently, Lani is pursuing her Masters of Music Degree in vocal performance with a focus on Pedagogy at Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium, and honing her art as a singing teacher, songwriter and performer.
