I have been teaching AMEB/TCL Grades for nearly a decade up to the AMUSA/LMUSA level.

All kinds of students are welcome. I prepare students to the highest level from:
Beginner/Casual -> Grade 8 -> Certificate -> AMUSA -> LMUSA I've graduated from Sydney Grammar and UNSW.

My lessons are suitable for all ages and all skill levels. I teach AMEB/TCL grades all the way until to LMusA/LTCL.

TEACHING METHOD

• I proactively adapt to the student's needs and cater to their strengths and weaknesses.

• My students learn about the highest level of piano performance and intricate details concerning musicality and technique

• I create a weekly practice plan for students to follow.

• I am extremely patient and students learn advanced and lesser known techniques while in a fun and stress-free environment.

• I place great emphasis on developing strong sight reading ability

• This ensures they achieve excellent results for their future exams as well

• Formal performance etiquette is taught in preparation for recitals/performances.

BASIC RATES
There will be discounted school packages offered at the start of every term.

1. Beginner (Until Grade 2)
   $40/30min | $58/45min | $75/hr
2. Intermediate (Grade 3-Grade7)
   $45/30min | $65/45min | $82/hr
3. Early advanced to Advanced (Grade 8 to AmusA)
   $90/hr
4. LMusA
   $100/hr

• There will be an extra $5 fee if I am travelling to you.
• All students until the level of grade 8 may take 1 hour lessons at my studio for $80(no extra costs) between 10am-2:45pm.

LESSON PACKAGES

1. For lessons at my studio:
   Package A: 10 Lessons + 1 Lesson at half price (11 Total)

Terms and conditions:

• Full upfront payment is required.
• These packages are valid for up to a year from the date of purchase
• These packages can be purchased throughout the year at any time
• Packages are not refundable after the first lesson has been taken
• Lessons must be organised and booked with the teacher
• If there is a failure to attend a booked lesson for any reason without giving notice at least the day before the lesson, the lesson will be counted as having been given.
• If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher, a makeup lesson should be organised; if not, then the amount will NOT be refunded but instead be credited towards the next lesson or package purchase (equivalent to total price of the initial package divided by number of lessons).
• Makeup lessons must be organised with the teacher.
• Please understand piano teachers have very tight schedules and it may be difficult to organise makeup lessons until the school holidays.

2. For lessons we drive to:
   School Term 1 Package: 9 Lessons + 1 Lesson at half price (10 Total)

Terms and conditions:

• Please note that the Term 1 package is valid from the start of the school term until April 26th 2025, upon which any remaining lessons will expire.
• The Term 1 package begins with the first week of the school term.
• Full upfront payment is required, with the deadline being the Friday of week 2 (Feb 14th)
• If the upfront payment is incomplete by the deadline, lessons will return to being paid at their hourly rate per week and any unpaid lessons will also be charged at their hourly rate.
• Packages are not refundable after the first lesson has been taken
• Packaged lessons must be organised at a specific weekly time with the teacher.
• If there is a failure to attend a booked lesson for any reason without giving notice at least the day before the lesson, the lesson will be counted as having been given.
