Lessons are based on a scientific, athletic, physiological understanding of the voice and how to teach technique to pupils as accredited by Griffiths University's Conservatorium of Music. My students have been accepted into music and performance schools and conservatorium through out Australia: WAAPA, UWA,VCA, Ballarat, UNSW AIMS, Nida, Brisbane's Griffith University's Con, PAD etc. Many have succeeded in becoming fully professional actresses singers and performers even for circus! I have a Master of Music studies (Voice Pedagogy) and ADPA Music and BA (Theare and Drama), Post Grad in Education and women's studies. Tertiary training in teaching as well as being an experienced performer including with the Queensland Opera, Opera Australia, WA Opera, Gilbert and Sullivan, Rockdale Opera, FM radio etc. I am a Member of ANATS the nation singing teachers association. Joining in 2007.
Students are provided with Lesson plans to assist with home practise. AMEB preparation for exams are available. And interpretative skills are encouraged
