Louise Nutting

Louise is a charismatic singing and songwriting teacher with over 16 years teaching experience dedicated to helping students develop their unique voice.

After graduating from JMC Academy with a BA in music performance (contemporary vocal major), she studied at the Connected Voice Centre with Tina Kopa using the Presence Method, and began performing regularly throughout Australia and overseas in originals band Wartime Sweethearts and her Sydney-based jazz trio, along with invitations to perform cutting-edge vocal techniques at the Sydney Powerhouse "This is a Voice" exhibition.

Through her teaching she has enjoyed working with festival headliners, professional singers, touring artists, corporate teams in singing workshops, choirs and complete beginners.

Louise has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at USYD and will be doing Honours in the psychology of music performance. After two critically acclaimed original releases she is taking time off performing while raising her two young children, along with writing material for her third album, soon to be released by label Art as Catharsis.
