Luke Doyle graduated from the University of Western Sydney (Guitar Performance/Composition/Music Tech). A self-described ‘style agnostic’, Luke has played guitar in groups and musical situations as diverse as superstar singer Mariah Carey and hard-hitting jazz-rooted players from all around the world.
Luke founded high-energy jazz fusion group Substation 129 and cofounded free-improvisation collective ‘Billy Liar’ in the early 2000s. He is still a contributing member of Sydney/Melbourne groups ‘Los Pantelones’ and ‘The Awesome Guise’.
