Lumiere means ‘light’ - and that is at the heart of everything we do. Our boutique studio exists to ignite the spark in every young performer through expert training, joyful creativity, and unforgettable performance experiences. Guided by highly experienced, Conservatorium trained teachers, our young artists are supported, challenged and celebrated as they step into their light - whether that’s shining on stage, or discovering their voice and confidence in everyday life.
Whether you’re wanting to get supplementary lessons for your child in the school band program or you’re wanting to pursue University entry, Sarah Wagner at Lumiere has got you covered. She is an experienced Bassoonist and Music Educator holding both her Bachelor of Music (Performance) and Masters of Music (Performance) in Bassoon from the QLD Conservatorium of Music……and yes, you can book in paired lessons with your school band mate to develop your confidence and skills together!
Did you know, Sarah is experienced in teaching Baby Bassoons (tenoroons), Bassoon and Contra Bassoon. She has even started her own Student Bassoon Choir. It’s such a delight!
