I am a happy and enthusiastic teacher that believes the best results are achieved when a student feels safe and relaxed in their learning environment and is interested in what they are learning. I do still guide my students into learning some of the more 'boring' basics, to ensure that they grow into well rounded musicians, but do also try to balance out the lesson with something that they love learning about/playing afterwards, so that there is hopefully always an element of fun in the lesson.
