Mandy Tsui

Mandy Tsui runs her piano studio at her own home at Quakers Hill in western Sydney.

She is a holder of Master of Music (classical performance), Associate of Music Australia (A.MusA), Certificate of Teaching (C.TMus.A) and has completed level 1 & 2 Orff-Schulwerk Music Teacher training. She is a member of the Music Teacher Association of NSW and a registered AMEB and St. Cecilia teacher. Her mentor includes professional music teachers and AMEB examiners in Australia and overseas. Apart from teaching, she also provides piano accompaniment for other instrumentalists and in AMEB strings exams.

Mandy provides a safe, supportive and comfortable learning environment for her students in the studio, no matter their age and level or experience. Many of her students excel in exams and performances. Some of them accompany in school bands and in church. Many others enjoy the excitement and joy music brings to their everyday lives.

The studio is located in Quakers Hill off Quakers Hill Parkway. It is easily accessible from Blacktown and from the Hills District. Off street parkings are available. The studio is fully air-conditioned.

Mandy is an experienced teacher specialised in classical piano and music theory. She offers individual lessons and small groups from beginner to AMEB Certificate of Performance. She also provides guidance on musicianship, composition, HSC music, audition and competition preparation.

Each lesson generally covers reading, aural, technique, theory, improvisation and composition. There are also movement, singing activities and games on and off the piano for the little ones. Apart from classical, there are also music from pop, jazz, rock, music from the movies and media, musicals and church hymns. Lessons are tailored to suit your style, pace and preferences. There will be at least one public performance each year.
