Marcos

Marcos Villalta is a Melbourne based musician, educator, composer and recording artist.

As an educator, he has worked with primary-aged to senior-aged students. Individual and group lessons have all been part of his work.

As a performer he is part of a diverse body of Melbourne bands. He has a strong background in improvisation and jazz, rock, hiphop, latin and more which has helped create his adaptable music persona. Current bands include: Koi Kingdom, Firetail, M Eduardo and more. His discography spans the early 2000s up until 2023. Marcos completed his Bachelor of Music Performance at the Victorian College Of The Arts where he joined a network of many accomplished artists, and some of the finest educators in Melbourne. Marcos teaches on Mondays at High Street Music.
