Hi my name is Maria. I am accredited piano and voice teacher by the Music Teacher’s Association of NSW with over 20 years teaching experience. I was born in Russia and studied classical piano from early childhood. I hold a Bachelor degree in music majoring in piano (Russian classical piano school) and Master of Teaching (Secondary Music). I have quite long experience working for music schools and educational organizations. Currently I am self-employed piano teacher giving piano lessons at my home studio. Therefore I can provide for my students lessons with the best value for money:

• Flat rate without additional or hidden costs,
• Easy and flexible conditions,
• Learning materials and printed music are provided,
  -Twice a year concert where all students perform on grand piano,
  -Group music theory and solfeggio classes

I tailor my classes for individual student’s needs and provide flexible teaching approach. I teach students from beginner to advanced level. Starting from the first lesson students learn to play a song or finger drill exercise that help to develop range of piano and music skills.
Students who prefer learning piano for fun and pleasure get easy going classes without pressure where they play a lot of popular songs easy to learn.
Students committed for learning who would like to prepare for AMEB exams or require tutoring for HSE Music exams are welcome. I can prepare you for successful performance. All my students get high marks for their exams.
Adult students always enjoy my classes because I guarantee rapid progress and fun repertoire that you will be able to perform starting from the first lesson.

Rate:
$40 for 30 mins
$60 for 45 mins
$80 for 60 mins
Music: Classical, pop songs, modern composers and jazz.
Classes may include:

-Playing chords progressions

Where: At my home studio in Bonnet Bay
Travelling to student’s house may be possible depending on distance and times. Surcharge applicable to cover travelling costs.
