I have been a piano teacher for over 30 years. I was originally a primary school teacher and have kept up my registration as a teacher in Qld. I am a classically trained pianist and have taught beginners up to Gr 8 AMEB piano. Adults are welcome. I incorporate elements of the "Simply Music" approach to learning piano - simplymusicpiano.com - I like the emphasis on using shapes and patterns to help learning. I have found this an exciting way to teach students. I taught in Gatton (Qld) with up to 35 students from 2007 to 2017. Then I taught one year - 2018 - in Sydney.
