Mariel has over 10 years experience teaching guitar to students of all ages and abilities. She also currently works as a Primary school Music specialist.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Music: Jazz Performance and Graduate Diploma: Education
She has a range of experience performing professionally in a variety of different formats including playing Jazz, Folk, Country, Soul, Funk and originals. She has worked as a guitarist for PubChoir and performed at festivals including the Woodford Folk Festival.
She can cover most styles from fingerstyle acoustic to rock, jazz and improvisation. Technique, theory and repertoire will be tailored to the student.
