Matt started teaching with Yamaha and performing around England in 1993. He developed his own style of teaching and started private teaching around homes and in a private school in the Midlands. By 2000 there were many accomplished piano and keyboard students, some of whom went on to work in the music industry, perform solo or in bands around the world.

Matt moved to Perth in 2000 and started from scratch. Private home teaching slots, along with a teaching position at Wesley College in South Perth, filled very quickly.

Matt loves to tune pianos! 6 monthly tunings are recommended.

Matt also created and hosts SINGERCISE, singing groups with a very modern, casual and fun approach. Sessions are available for ages 60+ in Karrinyup and South Perth.

Resonance is the name of Matt's band, playing absolute classics from the last 60 years and is available for weddings and corporate parties!
