Hi, I’m Michael Matthys, a specialist drum teacher in Melbourne.

I’m confident teaching all levels from beginners to advanced students and encourage people of all ages to get involved. I currently teach students ranging from age from 5 to 50!

I always ensure the drum lessons are customised to suit the students level and musical interests. Time will be spent developing goals and discovering musical tastes to make sure lessons are rewarding and engaging.

I have been playing drums for 20 years and completed my Bachelor in Europe as a Rock/Pop drummer in Europe.
