Well known and highly regarded in the Australian Celtic and Folk music scenes, Melinda Coles brings an energy to her performance that is as captivating as it is entertaining.
A violin prodigy at seven, Melinda has spent almost her entire life studying, performing and teaching a wide range of musical instruments and style. Her specialty is the violin but she now plays 13 instruments – including her latest instrument the Piano Accordion.
With her busy career as a Suzuki Strings Teacher, her involvement in local community groups and charities, and her performances with busy Irish and Bluegrass bands, Melinda lives a life surrounded by music
