I am currently studying Music at The University of Western Australia. I graduated from school in 2017, where I was awarded a Music Scholarship and the 2017 Music Prize. Currently, I am a part of the St George's String Quartet, Chamber Orchestra and some University orchestras and ensembles. I started learning the cello when I was 3 years old with the Suzuki Method, and have participated in Suzuki Conferences held in Turin (Italy), Melbourne, Sydney and Japan, and performed solo at the conferences. I have been a member of the Western Australian Youth Orchestra for several years now, and was the leader of the cello section in the Philharmonic Orchestra in 2014. From 2017 to 2018, I was the Principal Cellist for the WA Youth Orchestra (WAYO). I have also been learning piano as a second instrument for many years.
I offer cello lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, aiming to provide an enjoyable and motivational space for my students to learn in. If you would like to start learning (or continue a past passion!) please feel free to contact me and we can organise a trial lesson if you wish.
