Graduate of Conservatorium High School of Music, 2011 and studied with Elisabeth Mitchelmore for 6 years there before attaining a BM at UTS and beginning to teach violin with the Australian Violin Academy.
Michelle has been teaching violin and music theory since 2011. Her violin teaching includes the AMEB syllabus, Sevcik, Suzuki and Galamian methods of violin learning. Through detailed and patient encouragement, Michelle’s students have been awarded with high results in AMEB examinations. Many of her students currently hold music scholarships at a number of private schools in Sydney.
Michelle is experienced with students with ages ranging from 3 years old beginners, intermediate students preparing for eisteddfods, AMEB exams, to adults that are learning for leisure. Her violin lessons focus on musical intepretation, enjoyment and tone development.
