Mizuki Oyama

As a classical piano player, playing and teaching piano has been one of my greatest joys. I believe we are all musical and I love sharing my knowledge and techniques with my students and seeing them flourish.

My teaching style is encouraging, patient, dynamic, flexible, and fun!

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on the key piano skills, such as performance techniques, music theory, and oral training. Students learn in a warm, relaxed environment.

I am also fluent in Japanese, so if a student feels more comfortable or wishes to have lessons in Japanese, that’s available too.

I teach at a primary/secondary school, and also offer private lessons in my home studio.
