MR-Studio - Piano Lessons

Mike Rizk is a versatile musician and multi-instrumentalist. He is recognized as one of the pioneers of Flamenco-Electro House music and experienced musician of Minimalist Jazz Piano, boasting over 30 years of experience in both performance and education.

Rizk possesses a Bachelor of Music degree and holds the title of Associate in Music (AMusA). While he is proficient in various musical genres, including Jazz, Rock, Blues, and Contemporary music, he has recently focused on Flamenco and Spanish guitar. This specialization has led to the development of his unique style, which he refers to as ‘Spanish Guitar Fusion,’ blending elements of Spanish guitar, Flamenco, Jazz, Classical, and Contemporary music.

Based in Sydney, Rizk has performed and recorded both nationally and internationally with a diverse array of artists. He has also taught numerous students across different skill levels in various musical styles. Rizk is the owner and operator of MR-Studio, a music production company where he has composed and produced original works for multimedia projects, including television and radio. Currently, he is engaged in several innovative projects within Sydney’s art scene.

Additionally, Rizk is the founder and producer of Sydney Backing Tracks, a label that garners thousands of daily streams globally through various streaming platforms. This resource is utilized by vocalists, lead instrumentalists, bassists, and percussionists for multimedia and educational purposes.
