Whether you’re three or ninety three, my piano lessons are designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a genuine love of music. I understand that everyone learns differently and requires a unique approach. With thirteen years of experience, I have developed many strategies to engage students, even those on the verge of quitting!
Younger students learn through creative, play-based activities such as singing, rhythm games, and storytelling at the piano. I also partner with parents to build strong foundations and encourage positive practice habits at home.
Older students and adults benefit from structured programs with clear goals, including exam preparation with the following exam boards:
For even more support in performance, I also host an annual school concert and assist students in preparation for local competitions such as the Ryde, Sydney, St. George and Hawksbury Eisteddfods.
With focus on theory, harmony, composition, and musicianship to develop confident, well rounded musicians, encouraging smart and effective practice.
Students with additional learning needs including ADHD and autism, are warmly encouraged to attend a free trial lesson. With extensive experience teaching neurodivergent learners, I tailor lessons to support focus, confidence, and enjoyment at the piano. Structured yet flexible activities and clear routines help create a calm, positive learning environment where every student can succeed.
