Hi and welcome!
I am a classically trained violinist and pianist with many years experience in both solo and orchestral playing. Currently studying a Bachelor of Music degree (specialising in Violin Performance) at The University of Melbourne, I also enjoy teaching my students how to enhance their own musical learning.
My music education began at age 7, where I have since received classical training under Wilma Smith, Cong Gu, Mark Mogilevski, Dr. Curt Thompson and Darryl Coote.
I have an AMEB Associate and Licentiate Diploma (A.Mus.A, L.Mus.A) in Violin as well as an Associate Diploma (A.Mus.A) in Piano. Having completed Grade Six Theory in 2015, I am able to teach music theory to beginner to intermediate level students.
Students who wish to elevate their playing, or begin their musical journeys, will be taught methods of achieving effective technique, expressive musicality and creative interpretation. My aim is to inspire students through teaching in an encouraging and positive environment, while tailoring lessons to each individual.
