Natalie Thomson

Natalie Thomson is a piano teacher and composer based in Frankston, Victoria. She specialises in teaching piano to a wide range of students from different age groups and abilities. In 2009, she gained a Bachelor of Music (Melbourne University) and a Suzuki piano teaching certification. Under the tutelage of Mr Benjamin Martin at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, she gained expertise in the “Taubman Approach,” an ergonomic piano technique that informs her teaching and compositions. Today, teaching provides her with many opportunities to address the needs of her students with fresh compositions, tailoring her lessons to suit her students’ individual needs and aspirations. Her ultimate goal as a teacher is to bring her students joy during the learning process.
