Nonie

Nonie has been learning about singing from the age of eleven with her focus spanning many genres. Her experience in classical, musical theatre, jazz and contemporary gives her a well rounded approach to singing as a whole, and a lot to offer her students.

Nonie graduated from the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2021, leaving with a Bachelor of Music majoring in Jazz Vocals. Nonie has been performing from a young age, and has sung all over Perth, Western Australia in a variety of different formats (including on telethon, with WAYJO, the WAAPA vocal jazz ensemble, etc).

As of 2023 Nonie has relocated to Melbourne to further develop professionally, and is looking forward to sharing the love of singing with students in a whole new state!

Nonie has been teaching singing for six years and is passionate about teaching sound technique with a focus on maintaining and strengthening the voice. Each lesson Nonie teaches is individualised with a big focus on musicianship and fostering a love for singing.
