Ola Milena has been a part of the international world of music for over 20 years, beginning her musical journey with violin at the age of 7. Born in Poland, as a teenager she moved to New Zealand with her family, where she studied Performance Voice at The New Zealand School Of Music in Wellington. During her University studies, she worked as an opera singer and a singing teacher. Since her move to Melbourne in 2012 she has been highly dedicated to the creation of her own band, Senivoda amongst other projects in the contemporary music scene in Melbourne. All the while, continuing teaching singing and violin at Government schools, and private music schools. Ola's current focus is on private teaching. Her style is very own, derived from classical technique, working with the body as the instrument for the sound, extensive breath work techniques, exploring creativity, song writing and improvisation. She works with adults, teenagers and children and has experience with students of all ages.
